Pippa Middleton is starting to make me feel guilty about my own half-hearted workout regime. Every time I see photos of her pounding the streets of London, I feel like I should probably reach for the running shoes and follow suit.

Here’s Pippa out and about again this morning, looking svelte as ever in all-black workout gear, with black shades.  Apparently Pippa will soon be swapping the streets of London for the sands of Mustique, though: rumour has it that Pippa is heading to the Caribbean island later this month with her on/off boyfriend, Alex Loudon, in a bid to try to patch up the relationship which is said to have been under increased strain due to Pippa’s sudden rise to fame following the Royal Wedding in April.

Mustique is where Prince William took Pippa’s sister, Kate Middleton, after their break-up in 2009, and we all know how that worked out: perhaps Pippa is hoping for the same effect!
